Having been brought up at a time when there was nothing called Facebook or Twitter, kids of the last century loved watching Disney cartoons. Disney has a legacy of adapting the most popular fairy tales and some of these fairy tales have a young at the heart of the story. Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Little Mermaid” Ariel is another of Disney’s many fictional characters and was brought to life in Disney’s 28th animated film called The Little Mermaid (1989). She later appeared in a television series between 1992 to 1994 and later in two direct-to-video sequels called The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea (2000) and The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Beginning (2008). She is the one with a rebellious personality.
